Mailing Details
To order Mailing Services, choose product with mailing. Then enter quantity to mail and place order. In the next window enter the address where you
want the "overs" (extra un-mailed pieces) shipped to after the mailing
is completed.
Mail Services as paid for on the website includes:
processing 1 mailing list, duplication removal if requested, CASS
Certification, inkjet addressing, postal presorting & delivering to
USPS (For booklets/catalogs/calendars: $35/1000 plus $150 setup; all
other products: $28/1000 plus $130 setup). Additional fees will
apply for other services such as processing multiple mailing lists,
tabbing if needed (and noted in comments), inserting, or
delivery of non-mailed pieces if more than 10% of the quantity
ordered.
Once your job has been sent to press and a "ship date"
is secured, your mailing job will be scheduled to mail two (2) business
days after the Ship Date of the printing portion.

Additional Info
Postage
Postage costs are dependent upon the size,
weight and thickness of your printed piece, as well as the class of
service you choose (First Class or Standard).
First Class mail arrives
at its destination generally in 2 to 5 business days from date of
mailing; Standard class arrives generally in 7 to 14 business days.
(Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays).
Standard mail delivery time is not guaranteed by USPS.
Postage estimated using averages when order is placed.
Once we receive your mailing list, we will
respond with postage due, usually within 48 hours of receipt. Printing Bureau must receive postage funds by 2:00 PM CST on the day before mailing date to
avoid delays in the mail schedule. Postage may be paid via credit card
(postage transactions incur a 5% convenience fee if paid by credit
card), cashier's check, money order, or wire/bank transfer.
Mailing List
List format preference is Excel or CSV. Each field (such as name, company name and address) cannot be more than 50 characters, including spaces & punctuation, or our software will truncate the information.
Mail Services as paid for on the website includes the processing of one (1) mailing list (foreign list addl. $35). Additional lists in exactly the same format will cost $25 each. Additional lists in other formats will cost $85 each to merge. Extensive data work to merge lists may incur additional charges.
Design/Layout
Please double-check with our templates (located in the help center under product templates) make sure your art/design has the minimum space & location requirements needed to inkjet address your piece (minimum 4" wide x 2" tall in the bottom right corner of the mailing panel - or - reference our templates for Postcards). If you art does not allow for this, we will not be able to process your mail job at automated rates.
The inkjet area must be completely unprinted and no borders are allowed on the bottom or right edge of the mailing panel.
All booklets smaller than 8.5 x 11 MUST be triple tabbed to mail at the Letter rate (maximum size is 6" X 10.5" to mail at the Letter rate). If mailing at the Letter rate, the back cover of the booklet should be designed so the bound edge is at the bottom of the mailing panel, and the open edge that tabs is at the top of the mail panel.
Brochures that mail MUST be either single or double tabbed in order to mail. If the folded/closed edge is at the bottom of the mail panel, the piece can single tab at top for mailing. If the folded/closed edge is at the top of the mailing panel, the piece must double tab at bottom to mail.

Non-Profit
If you hold a valid non-profit permit from USPS and would like us to mail at your non-profit rate, please click here to download the paperwork to complete.
The mailing panel of your piece must have both the name and address that exactly match the address on the paperwork issued from USPS for your original non-profit postal permit. It doesn't have to be in the return address area, but must be somewhere on the mailing panel of the piece.
Inserting
If you have selected our mailing services to mail your greeting cards, please be advised that the mail processing price does not include the cost of inserting your cards into the envelopes.
Inserting is also available for letterhead or brochures inserting into #10 envelope, 8.5x11 final size pieces into 9x12 envelope, 8.5 x 5.5 final size pieces inserting into 6x9 envelope.
